About Us

S.H.A.R.E. (Someone Helping Another through Resources and Education) House is a non-profit organization providing crisis intervention and the continuum of care to address the causes and effects of family violence. Services provided by S.H.A.R.E. House include 24 Hour Crisis Line, 24 Hour Emergency Shelter, transitional apartments, legal advocacy, case management, children’s program, domestic violence counseling, support groups, emergency food and clothing, community education and more.

You Can Make a Difference
S.H.A.R.E. House, Inc. depends on local support from the community, including individuals, churches, businesses, and civic groups.
The money you and others give makes a difference:

  • $10: provides medical supplies/prescriptions
  • $50: buys perishable foods for 1 family for a week
  • $100: provides supplies for a shelter for a week
  • $250: provides water for the shelter for a month for 30 people
  • $500: provides power for the shelter for a month for 30 people
